Payment card transactions are processed by our secure third-party payment providers; Phonebot does not store your full card number on our systems. You may, however, visit our site anonymously. We also collect information about gift recipients so that we can fulfill the gift purchase. The information we collect about gift recipients is not used for marketing purposes. Removing Phonebot from your Facebook account
You may also remove Phonebot from your Facebook account settings at any time. Removing the app from Facebook stops future data sharing through Facebook Login, but it may not automatically delete data already stored in our systems. The term "outside parties" does not include Name: Phonebot. We may share aggregated or de-identified information (which does not identify you) with other parties for analytics, marketing, or advertising purposes. We do not sell your personal information.
Some of our service providers (such as website hosting, analytics, and payment platforms) may store or process information overseas, including in the United States. Where personal information is disclosed overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure the recipient handles it consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.
How can you opt out, remove or modify the information you have provided to us?
To modify your e-mail subscriptions, please let us know by modifying your preferences in the "My Account" section. Please note that due to email production schedules, you may receive any emails already in production. To delete all of your online account information from our database, sign into the "My Account" section of our site and remove your shipping addresses, billing addresses & payment information. Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and for record keeping.

In an attempt to provide you with increased value, we may include third-party links on our site. These linked sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We, therefore, have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these linked sites (including if a specific link does not work).

We will not knowingly pass on any details we hold on to Buyers to any third parties. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that any details that the Buyer submits to us are kept secure. The details that you submit to us will be kept to process orders only. You have the right to withhold personal information that is not needed for the transaction.
If the Buyer finds any inaccuracies, we will delete it or correct it promptly. The personal information that we hold will be held securely.
The Buyer's statutory rights are not affected by this privacy policy.
