General handling time for most orders is 24 to 48 hours. That means once an order is received, we get it ready for dispatch within this time frame.
Once the item is dispatched, it should arrive within 1-3 working days depending on the courier company used. We use Australia Post, Toll priority, and TNT for shipping.
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and information on how to track your order.
For refurbished devices, you can avail change of mind return policy for a product within 7 days of receiving the order. All refunds and replacements are processed within 1-3 working days after receiving and verifying the product. Subject to replacement product availability.
Change of mind policy does not apply to brand new products including accessories.

Warranty periods are clearly mentioned on individual product listings. All devices sold on the website come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australia Consumer Law. You're entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You're also entitled to have your phone repaired or replaced if your phone fails to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
