Yes. We believe every device has value. While a cracked screen reduces the quote, we still pay competitive rates for "Faulty" or "Damaged" units that we can professionally refurbish and return to circulation.

How long does it take to get paid?

Once we receive and verify your device at our Australian hub, payments are typically processed via bank transfer or PayID within 24 hours.

What if Phonebot's assessment is lower than my original quote?

We will always contact you before adjusting a quote. If you accept the revised offer, payment is processed immediately. If you don't, we return your device to you at no charge.

Can I track my device after I post it?

Yes. When you book your trade-in, you receive a prepaid Australia Post tracking reference. You can monitor your parcel at every stage until it arrives at our hub and is booked into our system.

What payment methods are available?

We pay via direct bank transfer and PayID. PayID transfers typically settle within minutes of being issued, making it the fastest way to receive your funds.
