Water Resistance Notice

Water resistance is not a permanent feature and may reduce over time due to normal wear. As this is a refurbished device, water resistance cannot be guaranteed. Any liquid or water damage is not covered under warranty.

• Battery health (guaranteed above 80% capacity)
• Electrical and mechanical failures
• Software issues related to hardware

What’s not covered:

• Accidental damage (drops, spills, cracks)
• Liquid damage or water exposure

Battery Performance Guarantee

We stand behind every battery. All devices maintain at least 80% battery capacity, ensuring reliable all-day performance.

Our battery promise:

• iPhone 11 and older: 6-month battery warranty
• iPhone 12 and newer: 12-month battery warranty
• All other devices: Coverage per manufacturer standards
• Free battery replacement if health drops below 80% during warranty

Repair & Replacement Process
