How Grading Works

The grade tells you the cosmetic condition. Performance is the same across every grade, every iPad we sell has passed the same 72-point test and works perfectly.

• Open Box / Like New – Practically indistinguishable from new. May have been opened, lightly used, or returned. No visible wear.
• Grade A – Light cosmetic wear, barely noticeable at arm's length. The most popular grade.
• Grade B – Visible scratches, marks, or scuffs on the chassis or screen. Works perfectly, just shows its age. The cheapest option.

Battery health is checked on every device. Anything that doesn't meet our minimum standard is either repaired with a new battery or rejected from stock.
